Terms of use

Updated 20 October 2026. These terms explain the intended use and limits of Gwabeni Global Prospectus (GGP).

What GGP provides

GGP provides public information to help learners discover study programmes and organise study planning. Programme and institution information may be incomplete, delayed or changed. Check important details with the institution or the relevant official source before relying on them.

Applications and admission

GGP does not make admission decisions and does not submit applications to institutions on your behalf. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, application trackers, drafts, reminders and other planning tools are for your personal organisation. Follow each institution’s own application instructions and deadlines.

Your use of GGP

Use the service lawfully and provide information you are entitled to submit. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to GGP, its accounts or data. Keep your sign-in details private and sign out when using a shared device.

External websites

GGP may link to institution websites and other external services. Those sites are operated independently and have their own content, availability and terms.

Accounts and privacy

Some tools require an account. Information stored by those tools and available account controls are described in the Privacy notice.

Service availability and contact

GGP may change or discontinue features, and parts of the service may occasionally be unavailable. For help or to report an issue, use the support or feedback controls available in GGP.
